Founded in 1916, the AFT is an affiliate of the AFL-CIO representing 1.8 million members across more than 3,000 local affiliates nationwide. Its membership spans pre-K–12 educators and school staff, higher education faculty, public employees, nurses and healthcare professionals, early childhood educators, and nearly 250,000 retirees.

BADMKTG is a strategic communications practice for organizations that sense a disconnect in how they communicate, but can’t yet name it. Working beneath surface-level marketing, BADMKTG diagnoses how identity, culture, and power move through an organization, then builds communication frameworks that create coherence under real-world pressure. The aim isn’t louder messaging—it’s clarity, alignment, and communication that actually holds.

We work to ensure a high quality of life and access to opportunities for members of the Black community in Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin.

Welcome to the Milwaukee Chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America. The Milwaukee DSA was founded in 2016. We are a political and activist organization. Through campus and community-based chapters, DSA members use a variety of tactics, from legislative to direct action, to fight for reforms that empower working people. Milwaukee’s rich history of successful Socialist policies and actions prove that Socialism is possible right in our backyard.

Future Forward South Shore is a community-based organization working to empower youth, families, and residents across Milwaukee’s South Shore through education, civic engagement, and grassroots organizing. The group focuses on leadership development, voter participation, and community-driven solutions that strengthen democracy and expand opportunity at the local level.

Founded in 2017, the Gaia Coalition Network began by building statewide coalitions at the intersection of climate change and systemic oppression. It is now being rebuilt to focus on cross-organizational coordination through coalitions and regional tables, training and consulting emerging organizers and leaders, and developing social and technical tools that strengthen communication, collaboration, and engagement.

Grassroots Germantown is a member of Indivisible. We are a pro democracy grassroots organization working for progressive policies.

Leaders of Kenosha (LOK) is a conduit for social, transformative, and restorative justice. We work to ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities in Kenosha and throughout Wisconsin and the United States, with a focus on the Black community.

Mission Statement: To help rebuild a Wisconsin that values all families and individuals, invests in critical public services and commits to real democratic decision-making at all levels of government.

Our primary task as DSA is to organize the working class, to make more socialists, and to lay the foundation for an independent mass party capable of taking state power and transforming our society.

The Milwaukee Area Service and Hospitality Workers Union (MASH) represents over 1,000 workers in the service and hospitality industry in Milwaukee and beyond. We are a member-driven, democratic union.

MASH launched in 2018 to implement a community benefits agreement covering employment in the new downtown arena district Since then we have grown to include members of our union at ten worksites. Our union continues to organize new workplaces while we enforce industry-leading union contracts.

This super PAC aims to remove Republican federal and state elected officials who perpetuated the election lies that caused the Insurrection of January 6, 2021, and whose downplaying of the seriousness of Covid 19 caused so many unnecessary deaths in our country.

No Kings Milwaukee is a Milwaukee-based organizing group advancing peace, democracy, and people-powered action. As the local leaders of the national No Kings rallies in Milwaukee, the group coordinates large-scale public actions and civic engagement efforts rooted in democratic values, collective dignity, and local accountability—working to move Milwaukee forward through solidarity, participation, and public action.

The Oregon Area Progressives’ mission is to build and strengthen grassroots activism by educating and empowering people to act on local, state, national, and international issues. Oregon Area Progressives works collaboratively with other grassroots groups to make lasting change in our community and beyond. Anyone who shares this common purpose is welcome to join us.
